Description:

Bestows 90% chance of being invisible when stationary in a shadowy or dark place.
Wearer is able to hang upside down from the ceiling as a bat does, maintaining invisibility.
Holding the edge of the garment, wearer can fly at 150ft at Maneuverability Class B
If so desired, wearer can transform into bat, possessions part of the transformation, and can fly as a bat.
Flying in any case can only be accomplished in the darkness (under night sky or in lightless or near lightless environment underground).
Either flying power usable for up to 1 hour at a time, but won’t bestow flight again until the same duration used in flight has passed (Fly for 1 hour, wait 1 hour before you can fly again).
Cloak also provides protection as a Robe of Protection +2.
Protection extends to wearer even in bat form.
